PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen circulating type dust collector capable of saving the volume of water used by limiting the volume of water sprayed to a minimum by means of spraying a screen with water with adequate timing required for removing dust and cleaning the screen. SOLUTION: In the screen circulating type dust collector in which impurities in water are captured by a circulating screen 1; the impurities captured are removed from the screen 1 and is recovered to a chute 3 by spraying compressed water from the washing nozzle 2 above water; and also a valve device 4 for intermittently supplying water to the washing nozzle 2 and intermittently spraying water from the washing nozzles 2 is installed.
