PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clothing having an access opening, which is capable of reducing a tight feeling at the access opening, without affecting its appearance, and also effectively preventing slip down of the clothing while wearing. SOLUTION: The clothing includes the access opening having a terminal knit structure consisting of a single knit, and a slip down-preventing part continued to the access opening, and the slip down-preventing part is alternately provided with a (A) course group knitted by using an elastic yarn and a (B) course group knitted by using the knit yarn of the elastic yarn added with a non-elastic yarn.
