PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant resin composition having excellent chemical resistance and small shrinkage in heat-treatment and provide a metal-resin composite material having excellent chemical resistance and extremely small warpage of a substrate by using the heat-resistant resin composition. SOLUTION: The heat-resistant resin composition contains (a) a polyimide or its precursor and/or a resin selected from polyimide, polybenzoxazole, polybenzimidazole and polybenzothiazole, (b) a (meth)acrylate compound and (c) a compound containing imide ring and propenyl group.
