PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage mechanism which classifies goods separately for frequency in use, can easily take in and out them within a limited space, and can efficiently contain them. SOLUTION: The storage mechanism 1 is formed of a front storage 3 having a door roller 19 and a rear storage 7 which is arranged in the back 6 of the front storage 3 and has a caster 27. The front storage 3 travels on a rail 9 prepared in a floor 11 using the door roller 19 in the status that the guide 17 of a top face 37 and the guide groove 15 of a ceiling 13 are in gear. The rear storage 7 moves in back and forth directions using the caster 27 in the status that the guide 23 of a top face 45 and the guide groove 21 of the ceiling 13 are in gear and that the guide groove 29 of a lower surface 47 and the guide 31 of the floor 11 are in gear. In the storage mechanism 1, the goods with a high frequency of use and the goods with a low frequency of use are respectively contained in the front storage 3 and the rear storage 7, and after moving the front storage 3 to the side direction, the rear storage 7 is pulled out in the forward direction and the goods are taken in and out of the rear storage 7.
