PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoking simulating apparatus designed to reutilize parts. SOLUTION: An apparatus for delivering an evaporated material to a user comprises a heat delivery component 11 including a heat sink 14 bearing the heat transfer relationship with a heat transfer apparatus such as a heat pipe 16 and each evaporating component 20 containing a source of an evaporating material 22, e.g. tobacco, a flavoring material or a therapeutic substance. The evaporating component 20 is detachably mounted on the heat delivery component 11 having the source of the evaporating material transferring heat to and communicating with the heat transfer apparatus of the heat delivery component 11.
