PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively enable reuse by replacing only a member installing part, since a main storage part is kept after rupturing the member installing part, by absorbing energy by rupturing only the member installing part to knee input of a front passenger seat occupant. SOLUTION: This vehicular storage device installing part structure is provided for installing a storage device 1 arranged on an instrument panel on a car body side member arranged inside the instrument panel. The storage device 1 has a storage device body 2 and a cover body 3 openably-closably installed in an opening part of the storage device body 2. The storage device body 2 is dividedly formed into the main storage part 11 and the member installing part 13 having an installation hole 12 to the car body side member.
