PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body panel junction part structure, in which strength of a junction part of a car body panel is improved. SOLUTION: In the car panel junction part structure 10, a junction wall part 40 extended along the car body vertical direction in a side member outer 38 and a car body forward-rearward direction rear end part of a vertical wall part 30 of an apron 22 that is extended in the car body forward-rearward direction are jointed with each other at two junction parts J1 and J2 which are apart from each other in the car body forward-rearward direction. On the vertical wall part 30, beads 50 are provided between the junction parts J1 and J2 along the car body vertical direction, and beads 52 are provided in the car body vertical direction on the forward side of the car body forward-rearward direction to the junction part J2.
