PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composite sheet capable of preventing insects from crowding in response to the light from a light source such as a fluorescent lamp or the like, reducing the presence feeling of a lamp device without an uncomfortable feeling even at the time of extinction of the light and having high grade appearance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composite sheet has a core layer comprising a thermoplastic resin containing an ultraviolet absorber and the skin layers formed on both sides of the core layer and characterized in that the content of the ultraviolet absorber is less than the content of the ultraviolet absorber in the core layer.
