<p>A system and method of performing device-initiated diagnostic or configuration management on a mobile device. In some examples, the system identifies a problem related to of the mobile device, communicates with a remote server on a network a message pertaining to the problem, initiates a remedial action at the server, and changes the configuration of the mobile device based on the remedial action. In some cases, the system may transmit a message to the server that triggers the action to be performed. In some cases, the system may not require a user to understand how to solve the problem.</p> |
