A wheel nut structure for a vehicle is provided to fix a nut at a driving shaft with reference torque and to length the life time of a driving shaft bearing by inserting ends of the fixing piece in a first or second hole according to the rotation of a hole guide. A wheel nut structure for a vehicle comprises a nut(10), a combining ring(20), a hole guide(30), and a fixing pin(40). The nut is assembled with a washer. The combining ring is formed at the upper part of the nut. The hole guide, which is formed with a ring shape, is combined with the combining ring. The fixing pin is sequentially inserted in the hole guide and the pin hole of the driving shaft to fix the nut. A combining projection(22) is configured along a circumferential surface of the combining ring. The combining projection is inserted in a combining groove(32). The hole guide includes first and second holes(30a,30b) and a third hole(30c).
