An outdoor type water purifier is provided to filter raw water inputted form water works to obtain clean water easily even without boiling tap water or an indoor type water purifier, by using a ceramic filer having a lamination structure of filter layers. A water meter meters a flow of water to imposing a water utility rate to a user. A filter(2) is connected to the water meter to filter the water. A filer alarm senses a state of the filter. A water rate data wireless transmitter is connected to the filter to transmit water rate data according to the flow of used water. The filter is mounted on a water feed pipe to remove taste, odor, bacteria contained in the water. The filter has a lamination structure of a carbon layer(201), a ceramic layer(202), an antibiotic layer(203), and a fine ceramic layer(204), which are sequentially laminated from above.
