<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound/video distributing method enhancing communication in a business activity by obtaining necessary information in a necessary place when necessary with the use of a mobile communication terminal, and to provide a sound/video distributing system. <P>SOLUTION: A sound/video distribution enterprise 1 delivers a printed matter 4 with a QR code 3 in response to a request from a client 2 to download sound/video data by organizing a sound/video database 10, and a user 5 accesses a download page by reading the QR code 3 to download the necessary sound/video data.
