<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system which can present the content of a contract or the like of information distributed from a distribution center unit on the side of user terminal device, and to provide a distribution center unit, user terminal device, and an information storage medium used in this system. <P>SOLUTION: When a distribution center unit distributes an encrypted content to a user terminal device through communication line, a media ID of the storage medium is required, and a decoding key of the encrypted content is enciphered using the media ID concerned and is sent to the user terminal device. In the user terminal device, the encrypted content is downloaded and saved. After encryption key is received, it is decoded using media ID of the information storage medium, and the encrypted content is decoded using the decoding key. In the distribution center unit, according to the request of the user terminal device, printing information corresponding to viewing and listening conditions of the distribution content is provided to the user terminal device, so the printing information can be printed by the user terminal device suitably. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
