<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid type automatic motorcycle which is superior in start/acceleration performance, through an automatic centrifugal clutch is included. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic centrifugal clutch 16 is mounted on a power transmission system between an engine 12 and a driving wheel. A motor 13 is connected to a crankshaft 36 of the engine 12, wherein the motor has a power generating function and generates auxiliary power receiving electric power from a battery 23. The motorcycle includes an accelerator data acquisition means to acquire an accelerator manipulated variable and an accelerator operating speed, a rotating speed detecting means to detect a rotating speed of the crankshaft 36, a rotating speed estimating means, and a motor control means. The rotating speed estimating means estimates the rotating speed at which connection of the automatic centrifugal clutch 16 is completed, referring and according to accelerator data acquired by the accelerator data acquisition means. The motor control means supplies electric power of such a value as corresponds to the accelerator data, to the motor 13, when the rotating speed detected by the rotating speed detecting means reaches the rotating speed at which the connection is completed and which is estimated by the rotating speed estimating means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
