DEVICE FOR PRODUCING BIO-GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing bio-gas capable of performing methane fermentation in a good efficiency by reducing ammonia concentration which is a factor for inhibiting the activity of the methane fermentation bacterial group by maintaining the methane fermentation bacterial group at a high concentration in a fermentation vessel even in the case of diluting fishery process waste materials by a high magnitude. SOLUTION: This device for producing the bio gas by performing the methane fermentation by using the fishery process bio-materials as the main raw materials is equipped with a fermentation vessel 10 of outside circulation type, and an immobilizing carrier of the methane fermentation bacterial group housed in the fermentation vessel 10. The immobilizing carrier consists of an immobilized bed 20 by arranging a multiple number of plate-formed non-woven fabrics 21 as inclined, along the circulation direction of the methane fermentation raw materials including the fishery process waste materials.
