PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a debinding process progress smoothly in a manufacturing method for a multilayer ceramic substrate comprising: a process for debinding a non-calcinated composite laminate wherein a non-calcinated ceramic restricted layer containing ceramic powder is hardly calcinated and an organic binder is located between non-calcinated ceramic substrate layers containing low temperature sintering ceramic powder and an organic binder; and a process for calcination. SOLUTION: As an organic binder in the non-calcinated ceramic substrate layer 2a, acryl resin which is thermal decomposition system resin is used.
