PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body detection switch and a moving body detection switching system with excellent operability and handling property by making possible switching of action modes for a controlled object by providing a main detection sensor and a subsidiary detection sensor. SOLUTION: The moving body detection switch is provided with; the main detection sensor 5 detecting the existence of the moving body in a specified main detection area 50, a subsidiary detection sensor 6 detecting the existence of the moving body in a subsidiary detection area 60 set outside a region of normal movement of the moving body, and a control part 7 generating action signals activating the controlled object 10 based on a detection signal of detection of the existence of the moving body by the main detection sensor 5 and switching the action mode of the controlled object 10 based on the detection signal of the existence of the moving body by the subsidiary detection sensor 6.
