摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly creep-start a vehicle while avoiding a shock in restoration from a neutral control state. SOLUTION: The control device for vehicle comprises an automatic transmission 10 including a clutch C1 changing transmitting force of a power generated by an internal combustion engine 30, an engaging force control means 94 controlling the engaging force of the clutch C1 and a neutral control means 92 instructing, when a predetermined condition is established, the engaging force control means 94 to reduce the engaging force of the clutch C1. The control device further comprises a target engine speed setting means 86 setting a target engine speed NEIDL of the internal combustion engine 30 and a rotation change prediction means 88 predicting, based on the set target engine speed NEIDL, an engine speed change NEEST of the internal combustion engine 30.
