PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device simulatively realizing various processing functions of an ETC onboard apparatus without making a connection with the ETC onboard apparatus. SOLUTION: An ETC virtual cooperation function part 5 determines passage of a vehicle through an ETC gate when passage of the vehicle through an ETC gate (toll gate) installation position without stopping is detected based on a vehicle current position input from a position detection part 7 and ETC gate installation positional data input from an external storage medium 13, and calculates a toll and notifies it. Usage history data are stored in a data storage part 10, and the usage history data are displayed in a notification part 4 in response to an output request. When it is determined that there is a possibility of passing a toll road, display/voice guidance for warning that an ETC card is not inserted yet is carried out. When it is determined that there is a possibility that the ETC card 12 is inserted to the ETC onboard apparatus 11, display/voice guidance for warning that the ETC card is left inserted is carried out.
