PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard unit capable of surely transmitting the information indicated by the voice outputted from the onboard unit even if large noise is generated to a user in a vehicle. SOLUTION: When the on-board unit 20 detects the sound volume more than the prescribed threshold via a microphone 14 while data is outputted by the voice, the unit stores the ID of the data outputted by the voice when the sound volume is detected.
