PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial air-gap type motor having an eccentricity permissible structure. SOLUTION: In the axial air-gap type motor, a stator 4 is disposed so as to oppose a rotor 3 with a predetermined gap 14 in a rotary axis direction of the rotor 3. The motor is provided with a bearing 13 for permitting sliding of the rotor in a direction perpendicular to the center line of a case between the case for incorporating the rotor and the stator and the stator, and enabling the rotation around the rotary axis of the rotor; a ring member 7 provided on the rotor in the external circumference side of a permanent magnet 12; a supporting member 15 slidably provided around the rotary axis of the rotor in the external circumference of the ring member 7; and a biasing means 17a for generating a biasing force in a direction perpendicular to the rotary axis of the rotor between the case and the supporting member.
