PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent receiving performance at all the time by easily and surely suppressing interference between a first antenna and a second antenna. SOLUTION: A magnetic substance sheet 40 is prepared, which comprises: a sheet body 41 that is formed planar; and a first extension 42a formed to be protruded from the sheet body 41 in a first direction in parallel with the plane thereof, an RFID loop antenna 51 is formed on a surface of the sheet body 41 of the magnetic substance sheet 40, and a lead wire coil is wound around a circumferential surface of the first extension 42a, thereby providing an AM helical antenna 52.
