PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce restrictions on an installation place by making a shape horizontally long so as to suppress height. SOLUTION: In a high-foaming machine 1, a foam water solution emitting nozzle 6 for emitting a foam water solution 7 toward a mesh-like body 4 is provided in a tubular case 2 which the mesh-like body 4 for forming a foam is mounted in a front foam emitting port 3. When the foam water solution 7 is emitted from the nozzle 6, air required for the generation of the foam is sucked in from a back opening 5 of the tubular case 2. In the high-foaming machine 1, the port 3 has a horizontally long shape, and a plurality of the nozzles 6 and 6 are horizontally arranged, so that the shape of the emission of the foam water solution emitted from the nozzle 6 can be set as a shape horizontally long along the shape of the port 3.
