PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor cartridge with which a specimen is collected without using a vacuum pump. SOLUTION: A protrusion 13 formed projecting from the tip 11a of a biosensor cartridge main body 11 is pressed to the skin S at a puncturing position to raise, and the raised and congested part is punctured by a puncture device 12. Thus, blood R is output easily from a puncture opening and collected reliably without using the vacuum pump etc. By pressing the vicinity of the puncturing position with the protrusion 13, a pain due to puncturing is numbed to reduce a burden on a user.
