PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction type cleaning apparatus capable of removing stains by directly blowing atomized cleaning liquid to a surface to be cleaned, evading operation defects and faults, being made compact, lowering costs and saving energy. SOLUTION: The suction type cleaning apparatus has a negative pressure generation part 8 which exerts a suction operation to a suction part 6 through a suction flow path 9, and a centrifugal separation part 10 for centrifuging stains and polluted liquid. An atomizing mechanism 17 for atomizing clean water is provided. Since the atomized clean water can be blown to the surface F to be cleaned, the stains on the surface F to be cleaned are removed without using high temperature steam. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
