PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing/drying machine capable of preventing catching of laundry when loading/unloading the laundry and preventing a user from forgetting to unload the laundry. SOLUTION: A water tub cover 21 is fixed to the upper end of a water tub 2 and an inner opening part 24 is opened/closed by an inner lid 31. A locking claw 35 having a frontward bent tip is provided in the inner lid 31 in a side facing the inside of the water tub 2 and energized toward the tip by a leaf spring 37. The tip of the locking claw 35 is locked to the edge of the front-side part of the inner opening part 24 of the water tub cover to retain the closed state of the inner lid 31. When a handle 34 in the upper side face of the inner lid 31 is upward swung, a driving member 34a passes through the inside of a through-hole 31a of the inner lid and abuts on a plate member 38 of the locking claw to actuate the locking claw 35 and release the locking of the locking claw 35 to the water tub cover. The edge part of the inner opening part 24 of the water tub cover has no upward projecting member to be locked so as to prevent the catching of the laundry. The edge part of the inner opening part 24 of the water tub cover has no string-like overhanging part so as to improve the visibility of the inside of a laundry tub 3 to prevent the user from forgetting to unload the laundry.
