PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying drum member, a ball conveying unit and a ball conveying device which facilitate the implementation of maintenance. SOLUTION: The ball conveying drum member 550 includes core parts 552 each of which gets a shaft part 551 driven to rotate with a drive part fitted and inserted into it, fin setting cylinder parts 553 which have a plurality of fin setting holes 553C adapted to get the respective core parts 552 inserted through them to communicate between the inner and outer peripheral surfaces and fins 554 which individually have fixing end parts grasped between the core parts 552 and the fin setting cylinder parts 553 and have insertion parts inserted through the respective fin setting holes 553C from the respective fixing end parts to be extended almost along a curved part 534A in the direction of the outer diameter of the conveying drum member 550 and conveying blade parts.
