PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cutters for a rotary shaver, which keeps clean cutting for a long period with a thin-thickness structure, and to provide a rotary shaver using the cutters. SOLUTION: The cutters 10 for the rotary shaver is composed of: a plurality of supporting parts 14 formed standing from a main body part 12; and small blades 16 formed at the tips 14b of the supporting parts 14, respectively. The standing positions 14a of the supporting parts 14 are nearer to the front side of the rotating direction of the cutters 10 than the blade edge positions of the small blades 16.
