PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application sheet which does not hinder the air-venting property of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having through holes, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet provided with the application sheet. SOLUTION: Provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1A formed by laminating the application sheet 3A comprising a base material 31A and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 32A on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet main body 2 comprising a base material 21, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 22 and a release material 23, wherein the base material 21 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 22 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet main body 2 have a plurality of through holes 4 formed on them, and on the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 32A of the application sheet 3A, concave grooves 33A which communicate with the through holes 4 on the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet main body 2 and open at the edge part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 32A, are formed.
