PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer resin composition having elastomer resin characteristics, that is, flexible, excellent in elasticity and sound deadening characteristics of impact and having excellent dimensional stability and moldability, and to provide drive-transmitting parts comprising the composition. SOLUTION: The elastomer resin composition comprises 85.0-99.5 wt.% elastomer resin (A) and 0.5-15.0 wt.% nanoscale filler (B), wherein the elastic resin composition has 35-200 g/10min melt index measured at melting point+25°C and 2160 g load and 50-80 D-scale shore hardness.
