PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical preparation particles containing a drug having unpleasant taste such as ibuprofen, wherein the unpleasant taste is masked and elution property is improved. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical preparation particle has (1) a core particle containing a drug having unpleasant taste, (2) an undercoat layer containing a water soluble polymer and an elution accelerator, and (3) an overcoat layer containing a water soluble polymer, a water-insoluble polymer and an elution accelerator.
