The method involves bringing exhaust gas into direct contact to the oil. The oil in the gas containing substance or particle i.e. soot particle, is collected and guided over a heat exchanger (8), where a part of heat absorbed from the gas is delivered and subsequently conducted in a combustion process. The oil is conducted in circulation via the heat exchanger with an oil-pump (10) that extracts oil from a storage tank (13). The oil is supplied over a fuel filter (16) of a diesel motor-internal combustion engine (1), where the gas is sucked with low pressure by an exhaust gas filter.
