A laminating apparatus is provided to maintain uniformly temperature in a heating region by controlling respectively heaters. A laminating apparatus is used for heating and pressing a target of a laminated state. The laminating apparatus includes a heater panel(36), a temperature sensor(42), and a control unit(43). The heater panel includes a plurality of heaters(41) installed therein. An upper surface of the heater panel is divided into plural heating regions. The temperature sensor is arranged on a part or an entire part of the heating regions. The control unit controls respectively the heaters on the basis of the measured result of the temperature sensor. The target of the laminated state is a solar battery module. |
