<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium, an information recording apparatus, and an information reproduction apparatus having no dependence on the incident angle of incident light and causing no focus offset. <P>SOLUTION: The information recording medium 100 in which information is recorded by holography, includes a recording layer 5 in which information is recorded by an interference pattern, a reflection layer 2A which has a servo region of the information recording medium 100, and a reflection layer 2B which separates a light beam entering the recording layer 5 and a light beam entering the reflection layer 2A, the reflection layer 2B being provided between the recording layer 5 and the reflection layer 2A.
