<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a vehicle to travel in a stable posture while locking a ram cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: This travel controller includes: a hydraulic pump 12; a travel hydraulic motor 13 driven by pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump 12; a ram cylinder 1 for supporting a wheel or an axis of the vehicle in a horizontal direction relative to a vehicle body; lock means 7, 8 and 10 for hydraulically locking and unlocking the ram cylinder 1; and speed limiting means 10, 12a and 18 by which the maximum speed of the vehicle when the vehicle travels in a state that it is hydraulically locked by the lock means is made lower than the maximum speed of the vehicle when the vehicle travels in a state that it is hydraulically unlocked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
