PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain enhancement of operability when constant speed setting operation is performed. SOLUTION: The shift operation structure for the working vehicle is provided with a shift operation unit 24 automatically reset to a zero speed position; an operation position detection means 29 for detecting an operation position of the shift operation unit 24; a constant speed operation unit 43 capable of retaining a position to an arbitrary operation position; a retaining position detection means 44 for detecting the retaining position of the constant speed operation unit 43; a shift position detection means 30 for detecting a shift operation position of a shift operation part 16A in a continuously variable transmission device 10; an operation means 26 for shift-operating the shift operation part 16A; and a control means 31 for controlling operation of the shift means 26. The control means compares the shift operation position of the shift operation part 16A corresponding to the operation position of the shift operation unit 24 with the shift operation position of the shift operation part 16A corresponding to the retaining position of the constant speed operation unit 43 based on the detection of the respective detection means 29, 30, 44, and controls operation of the operation means 26 such that the shift operation part 16A is shift-operated to the shift operation position at a side where the speed is large.
