PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of a system by reducing the latency of access. SOLUTION: In a bus system provided with a shared resource, a shared bus and a plurality of requesters, a bus arbitration device is configured to arbitrate access requests to the shared resource through the shared bus by the plurality of requesters. At least one requester among the plurality of requesters is configured to output an internal state signal for notifying the necessity of the change of the priority order of the access request by the requester according to the internal status, and the bus arbitration device arbitrates the access request based on the internal state signal.
