PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid oil-based body oil composition having good stability which is smooth and moist to the touch and gives high moisture-retaining power by employing a use method comprising directly coating the composition composed of oily components alone on the wet skin immediately after taking a bath and gently rinsing the skin with hot water. SOLUTION: The liquid oily body oil composition comprises liquid animal and vegetable oils as moisturizing components, a silicone oil as a touch improver, and a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 5-8 as a rinsing component and is smooth to the touch and can gives high moisture-retaining power.
