PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass plate with an infrared-ray shielding film which has excellent visible light transmittance, infrared-ray transmittance, radio wave transmittance and mechanical durability and which can suppress the absorption of solar radiation energy. SOLUTION: The glass plate with infrared-ray shielding film has a glass plate, a first infrared-ray shielding film, and a second infrared-ray shielding film. The first infrared-ray shielding film has a laminated coating film (X), wherein coating films (1) formed of a high refractive index inorganic material and coating films (2) formed of a low refractive inorganic index material are alternately laminated, the total of the number of the coating films (1) and the number of the coating films (2) is≥3, the geometrical thickness of the coating films (1) is 70-150 nm and the geometrical thickness of the coating films (2) is 100-200 nm. The second infrared-ray shielding film has a constitution that tin-doped indium fine particles having an average primary particle diameter of≤100 nm are dispersed in a matrix mainly comprising silicon oxide, and a geometric thickness of 0.2-12μm.
