PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a needle management card which is easy to manage a sewing-machine needle and which can prevent from being mixed into a product effectively, and its sales system. SOLUTION: The needle is prevented from being mixed into a sewn product by corresponding the needle to a card which is used to manage the used record of its needle one by one, the card includes a mounting section which is used to mount and store a new needle, a needle adhesion section which is used to adhere the needle which has become a used one after it has been submitted for usage by being pulled out from the equipping section, and a management item recording column about this needle, and has a check-up means with the card and the needle. Moreover, the card has a means for free signal-distributing and printing out the needle management card for an advertisement which has no needle adhesion section as a means for popularizing this needle management system by a telecommunication circuit, and a needle management card delivering means with the needle adhesion section in accordance with a customer's order by the telecommunication circuit or the like, a printing or photographic printing section for the advertisement or the needle management is formed in the body of the needle management card located under the light transmissive adhesive layer which is used to form the needle adhesive section of the needle management card.
