PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device designed such that, when a front wheel tire of a bicycle is made to enter into a lock device, a wheel detection body is pressed and rotated by the front wheel tire without fail and hook-shaped arm bodies securely lock the front wheel tire. SOLUTION: In the bicycle parking device, when the front wheel tire S2A of the bicycle is fitted to the lock device 20 so as to press the wheel detection body 25, the pair of hook-shaped arm bodies 23, 23 are rotated to lock the front wheel tire S2A. The upper end part of the wheel detection body 25 is rotatably supported by a rotation support shaft 25T provided in the upper side from the operation faces of the hook-shaped arm bodies 23, 23.
