PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve data restoration when failure occurs in low cost configurations. SOLUTION: In a data transmitter 20, a broadcast packet showing production data is transmitted through a network 16 by a communication interface 22. Then, in reception servers 14A and 14B, the transmitted broadcast packet is received by a communication interface 28 of a data receiver 24, and production data shown by the broadcast packet are output to a database 26 by the data receiver 24, and the production data are stored in the database 26.
