PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cross talk such as a horizontal line by reducing capacitance between a pixel electrode and a signal wiring line to reduce an influence of signal voltage of the signal wiring line. SOLUTION: A recessed part 10 is formed in an interlayer insulating film 7 between the pixel electrode 8 and the signal wiring line 6, and the recessed part 10 is filled with a substance, e.g. an alignment layer 11, having a relative dielectric constant lower than that of the interlayer insulating film 7. Thereby, capacitance between the pixel electrode 8 and the signal wiring line 6 is reduced to reduce cross talk between the pixel electrode 8 and the signal wiring line 6.
