PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage measurement device in which a measuring terminal can be brought into contact with a core, i.e., a charged portion without stripping a wire covering, it is unnecessary to tape the measuring terminal when it is attached, and taping (for insulation) after the work can be easily performed, so that the contact terminal can be attached with safety, the work is efficient, and the contact state between the core and the measuring terminal is ensured with eliminating deficient contact between the attached measuring terminal and the core. SOLUTION: The voltage measuring device 1 includes exchangeable attachments 6 and 7 having arc-shaped faces 9 for receiving the outer peripheral surfaces of a covered wire 8; a base 2 having a holding portion 3 for holding the attachment 6 or 7; a straight feeding mechanism 4 disposed on the base 2 and having a capability of recession or advancement toward the arc-shaped face 9 of the attachment 6 or 7; and a head portion 18 formed in one end portion of the straight feeding mechanism 4, the portion 18 having the needle-shaped measuring terminal 17 fixed to a part of the mechanism 4 in opposition to the arc-shaped face 9, the terminal 17 being operative to intrude in the covering of the covered wire.
