PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain reduction in a flow speed of air on the exhaust side of a flow passage of a serial axial fan. SOLUTION: A first impeller and a second impeller of the serial axial fan have a first hub 212 and a second hub 312 of a substantially covered cylindrical shape of fixing a plurality of blades to an outside surface. In the serial axial fan 1, diameters of the outside surface of the first hub 212 and the outside surface 3121 of the second hub 312 respectively gradually increase toward the exhaust side from the intake side. A diameter of an inner peripheral surface of a first housing 23 and a diameter of an inner peripheral surface of a second housing 33, are set constant on the periphery of the first hub 212 and the second hub 312. Thus, the flow passage area in an exhaust side end part position of the second hub 312 is reduced more than the flow passage area in an exhaust side end part position of the first hub 212 and the flow passage area in an intake side end part position of the second hub 312.
