PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a dope, sufficiently suppressing the formation of undissolved material, and to provide a cellulose resin film produced by using the dope. SOLUTION: The method for producing the dope, including a step for cooling the dope at the outlet of a heat exchanger by the heat exchanger arranged at the vicinity of the output side of a liquid-sending pump is regulated so that the temperature of the dope in a pressurized vessel at the start of the liquid sending may be 10-30°C higher than the boiling point of a solvent, and the dope at the outlet of the heat exchanger may be cooled to the temperature≥5°C lower than the boiling point of the solvent.
