PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide transfer foil which can demonstrate stable performance over a long period of time and a glass sheet using the transfer foil. SOLUTION: In the transfer foil, a mold release layer composed of a resin having mold release properties is laminated on the surface of a transparent resin film of a substrate film, on the surface of the mold release layer, a metal oxide layer composed of a metal oxide and a silver alloy layer composed of a silver alloy are laminated alternatively in turn, the metal oxide layer is laminated to be positioned on the outermost surface, and an adhesive layer is laminated on the surface of the metal oxide layer positioned on the outermost surface.
