PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a work for changing a form simply using a piece of furniture with a top board to a form using a plurality of the furniture as an assembly in the furniture with the top board, provided with a pair of legs disposed widthwise and apart from each other and supporting both end sides of a top board where another top board can be adjacently disposed widthwise in at least one end side. SOLUTION: The furniture D with the top board includes a pair of legs 3 and 3 disposed widthwise and apart from each other for supporting right and left side ends of the top board 2 where another top board 2 can be adjacently disposed in at least either of right and left end sides. The leg 3 on a side where at least another top board 2 can be adjacently disposed is provided with a leg main body 31 for supporting the top board 2 and touching with the ground in a specified position of a non-use end side to the approximate middle in the depth direction of the furniture D and a leg base structuring an anti-fall part, disposed in a use end side of the main body 31, capable of being used in a state where it touches with the ground in the use end side rather than the touch-with-ground position of the leg main body 31 and capable of being released from the state in the use by being removed from the main body 31.
