A method for preparing a hot wind dried food block, and a hot wind dried food block prepared by the method are provided to improve the storage stability of taste and perfume of the original food and to enhance the recovery of produced product. A method for preparing a hot wind dried food block comprises the steps of (100) making a flake material dried with hot wind from the vegetable food; (200) preparing a solvent for block; (300) molding a material containing the solvent and the flake material into a large block by using a molding tool and re-drying the molded block with hot wind to prepare a hot wind dried large block; and (400) softening the large block, cutting it into a desired size, and drying the small blocks at a room temperature. |
