A waterproof protector for communication is provided to prevent the performance of a protector from being deteriorated due to waterproof jelly in the case of injecting waterproof jelly into a case and to improve the reliability of the protector. A waterproof protector for communication comprises a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(20) and two reinforcing frames(23). On the PCB(20), one overvoltage prevention element(21) and two overcurrent interception elements(22) are installed between two trunk terminals and two extension terminals so as to protect a communication equipment when overvoltage and overcurrent are supplied through a communication line. The reinforcing frames(23), fixed on the PCB(20), respectively comprise receiving parts to accept the overcurrent interception elements. Between the reinforcing frames(23), a central separation region(24) is located so as to isolate the overcurrent interception elements(22) from each other and to intercept mutual interference.
